Brand audit and rebrand of well known local estate and lettings agent in the heart of West Sussex. The brief was to make At Home feel more like a lifestyle business, to show a homely and welcoming approach to estate agency that matched the teams' spirit and heart.

Onboarding of the new branding with the employees at the AGM was pivotal in getting the team excited for the changes to come.

A full rebrand was undertaken including website, stationery, advertising sponsorship, valuation packs, property signage, social media and media screen content.

Interior and exterior renovations were also part of the work completed during the rebrand with a shop in Storrington and one in Horsham being completely refitted with sustainable office options to match the new branding.

We do not have enough plaudits or superlatives for Fiona. What started as a conversation around a shop refit and unhappiness with quotes that we had received turned into a full refit on both of our shops, managed, led and designed by Fiona, and a rebrand for our business. This came from Fiona's intuitive understanding of our needs and business and as we explored our current position, brand and how we approach the refit, it led naturally onto questions about who we were as a company and whether our branding was, essentially, fit for purpose.

Fiona got to understand who we are and what we wanted to achieve in a way that I believe no one else would have done. Everyone has commented how lovely, warm and inviting our shop refits are and the rebrand has been exceptionally well received and the whole team love it.

In terms of a happy customer, we are literally ecstatic and the communication throughout the process ensured that we knew we were in good hands. We can't recommend Fiona enough.
